Post Details: Fixed term one year – 32 hours per week (term time only)

Salary Scale: Grade 5 SCP 10 – 15 £21,695 – £23,953 full-time equivalent £15,926.65 – £17,584.29 pro-rata salary

We have an opportunity at Manorside Academy for a Behaviour Support Mentor to start ASAP.

The role of a Behaviour Support Mentor is to support the learning process. Primarily this includes working with individuals and/or small groups to resolve difficulties causing concern as quickly as possible so as to promote learning at all times and to provide support daily to pupils to promote good behaviour for learning.

We will support the successful candidate with further development through ongoing CPD.

We need you to:
