Tracy is the Director of Human Resources. Passionate about creating and encouraging the best practices in leadership and management, company culture, employee engagement, and talent and human resource management.
She works closely with the CEO and her fellow Directors in an integrated and coherent approach to the employment, development and well-being of all our staff. Thereby, building the Trust’s workforce whilst creating the human performances in order to drive the Trust’s aspiration of excellence.
Tracy has many years operating at a senior level within the broad spectrum of HR, gaining invaluable experience and insights from across the Civil Service and voluntary sector.
