Sian is Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Sian provided professional leadership and management for the Secondary phase of the Trust. She has 15 years’ experience of leadership and this experience spans Secondary and Special Education. She is responsible for establishing a culture promoting excellence, equality and high expectations for all pupils; identifying priorities for continuous improvement; raising standards across the Academies; developing partnerships with the wider community; playing a key role in contributing to the development of the education system as a whole and collaborating with others to raise standards locally. Sian is also a National Leader of Education (NLE).
