Paul is Director of Outcomes and a Local Leader of Education. He provides systems leadership and professional management across the Trust.
He works closely with the CEO and the Directors of Education to evaluate academic performance with the aspiration of all academies becoming outstanding.
Paul also provides strategic leadership for the Business, Finance and Governance aspects of the Trust.
Paul has many years’ experience in senior leadership roles in schools across Bournemouth and Poole. He has been instrumental in supporting schools through significant transformational change projects.
