Lucy is Deputy HR Director – Organisational Design & Development and has been with the Trust since 2015. Lucy is an Associate Member of the CIPD. Prior to joining the Trust Lucy worked in business and project management in the NHS, supporting service development to improve the quality of outcomes for service users.
Lucy works closely with the Deputy HR Director – Operations to design and deliver key OD&D interventions in line with the strategic direction and plans for the Trust. Lucy leads on the delivery of OD&D initiatives and interventions working closely with Directors, Principals and senior leaders to support and implement new ways of working and ensure that the skills and capacity of the workforce meet current and emerging organisational needs.
