Lisa is one of a team of HR Partners that work with the Senior Leadership teams across our trust and support our HR and Administration Leaders based within those Academies.
Working collaboratively, they support the Principal with their workforce and strategic planning, offering HR advice and guidance whilst also contributing to the design and implementation of Trust wide people strategies.
Lisa has a wealth of HR experience and is extremely passionate about driving AAT’s culture of Continuous Improvement, Inclusivity and Well-Being.
