James leads a well-motivated Estates team across all three sectors (Primary, Secondary, and SEND) within Ambitions Academies Trust. Through this leadership, James coordinates and supervises the site staff in our Academies and also leads on the capital and project management across the Trust ensuring at all times that Health and Safety regulatory compliance is met.
