Emma has been a Deputy Human Resources Director – Operations at Ambitions Academies Trust since April 2022. Previously Emma was Deputy Finance Director. Emma has a broad knowledge covering a variety of areas spanning both the private and public sector.
Emma works closely with the Deputy HR Director – OD&D to design and deliver key OD&D interventions in line with the strategic direction and plans for the Trust. Together we lead on the delivery of OD&D initiatives and interventions working closely with Directors, Principals and senior leaders to support and implement new ways of working and ensure that the skills and capacity of the workforce meet current and emerging organisational needs.
