Anthony received his BSc in Computer Studies from the University of Glamorgan, in 2003. He has been active in the field of change management for over 20 years. He started working in industry as part of summer placements, while studying in the final years of university. He has a successful track record in financial services innovating, changing, transforming and delivering new digital technologies. Anthony is extremely passionate about the importance of leadership values and behaviours.

Anthony is the Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee and the Link Trustee for Wey Valley Academy.
