Our Vision is for Outstanding Achievement for All.
The Trust Board’s key principle is to provide and maintain strong, effective governance at all levels of the Trust.
The Trust Board’s core functions are:
- Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction
- Holding executive leaders to account for educational performance and the effective performance management of staff
- Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent
- Ensuring the voices of stakeholders are heard
The Trust Board is legally responsible and accountable for all statutory functions and for the performance of all schools within the Trust. It has established Board Committees with delegated powers for Finance & Resources, Audit & Risk Management and HR.
The Trust Board delegates some academy level monitoring and scrutinising functions to the Academy Committees. These committees also promote stakeholder engagement as a point of consultation and representation.
