Ambitions Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and excellent classroom teacher for Nigel Bowes Campus (Tregonwell Academy) – an outstanding specialist educational provision for pupils who present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs.
At the Nigel Bowes Campus, we use creative and dynamic approaches ensures that their curriculum approach inspires high-quality learning and progress, whilst working closely within the wider context of learning support. As Class Teacher you will lead the learning of a class-team (both children and staff), and be part of the wider school community through your positive presence and excellence.
You will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for vulnerable learners, by working in partnership. You will be highly committed, creative and passionate in your teaching, and possess a track record of improving outcomes for young people, with experience of working with children who present with Additional Needs (SEMH/SEND). You will have the potential to grow and develop areas of leadership within the Academy, commensurate with your experience and determination to succeed.
