Salary Scale: AAT Teachers’ Main or Upper Pay Scale £24,373 – £40,490 (starting salary dependent on experience). The curriculum lead position also carries a TLR, dependent on skills and experience.

This is an exciting time for St Aldhelm’s Academy, which is on a journey to outstanding. We are looking for a languages teacher committed to driving up standards and helping students achieve their full potential.
