Ambitions Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic leader of learning within Nigel Bowes Campus, which makes up part of Tregonwell Academy. We are an Outstanding specialist educational provision for pupils who present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs, and use creative and dynamic approaches to ensure the learning and progress of our young people, working closely with the wider context of learning support.
As the Class Teacher you will be expected to lead the learning of a class-team (children and staff), with the potential for you to grow and develop areas of leadership within the Academy, commensurate with your experience and determination to succeed. We are looking to match strength and experience with the current needs of our School, with our ongoing focus upon highest quality learning and progress.
You will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for vulnerable learners, by working in partnership. You will be highly committed, creative and passionate in your teaching, and possess a track record of improving outcomes for young people. You will also have experience of working with young people with Additional Needs.
