Longspee Academy is an excellent specialist secondary provision for young people with needs related to Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, and Autism. In support of the exciting growth of our new high-quality provision, Longspee are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, compassionate and proactive person to the role of Pastoral Support Manager at the Longspee Secondary Campus (Ensbury Park – BH10 4HG).
To be successful at LEPC, candidates will constantly demonstrate a high-quality flexible and dynamic approach to learning and progress, whilst being creative, open and authentic in their communication. You may also have skills, interests, or an area of knowledge that you will inspire others with.
